Can recommend for a concise stay

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, the location's easy access to the main ring roads made exploring the city enjoyable, and I appreciated the in-room fridge which was perfect for keeping drinks cool after a long day.

Almost perfect.

All staff spoke very good English and it was only 20 mins walk from the city centre.

The breakfast was particularly nice with fresh fruits, even the hot food plus juices and attention to detail.

A cozy stay with friendly faces

The staff were genuinely cheerful and attentive. The location made exploring the city fun. Loved the leisurely walk to the heart of town, admiring the sights along the way.

The pool was quite compact and not as advertised, a bit disappointing after a long day of sightseeing. The lack of English TV channels felt limiting after a busy day.

Everything. From the pleasant helpful staff to the ultra clean and very visually pleasing hotel to the excellent meal and service we had in the Restaurant. Top marks -our best hotel stay to date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome place with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a snack bar, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff was helpful with my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a city break!

Hotel very comfotable and quite

Hotel advertised a pool as facitlites and was the main reason for booking however on arrival we were told the pool would not be opened until June. No apology was given at the time until complaints procedure was requested. Hotel room was not set up for 3 residents as only 2 cups and glasses provided therefore we had to request extra linen and cups.

The staff consistently displayed helpfulness. The breakfast offered a good mix of international and Spanish dishes. The dining room felt understaffed, impacting service, and the restaurant's limited choices might not cater to families. The pool was closed , further limiting leisure options.

Very comfortable overall experience. Everything was great, polite staff, magnificent location just next door to restaurant as well as old city centre. Excellent service and great value.

An elegant modern hotel with some excellent design features. This is a much higher class of hotel than the usual Novotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful both the front desk and in the restaurant. They went out of their way to respond to our each and every request. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Limited menu choice for dinner but what we had was excellent.

While the hotel wasn't in the city center.it was still easy to reach the city from hotel because of near transportation.Being on the active avenue line still hotel room was pretty much quiete.I will defitenetely go there again with my family.

The room smelled unpleasant, but the pool was clean and enjoyable.

We stayed with our 2 minature Schnauzers on the way back from Granada. The front desk staff gave us 2 packs of gift for the doggies, whcih included a plastice toy, a dog chewing bone and a salami stick. It was a good surprise. Restaurant staff was very polite and friendly. Plenty of parking available at the basement garage. Room was very clean and modern, lobby decorate with tasteful flower arrangement and bright. Shopping mall with Carrefour just across the road within 3 mins. by foot. We will visit hte hotel again if we pass by Murcia.
